Course Structure

This program can be delivered in a 2-days face to face instructor-led workshop, or through a blended learning method of  synchronous online class and 4 asynchronous self-learning modules

Learning through real world project case examples, leveraging 20+ years of practical experience of a PMI recommended expert, participants will develop a solid understanding of fundamental concepts as specified by for the PMP certification that can be readily applied in day to day corporate project management leadership and cross functional team participation.

Learning Outcome

  • Describe essential concepts: balanced plan, cost, constraint, and relationship between project management and product development process
  • Develop project scope, plan and schedule with WBS considering resource, constraint, applying risk management concepts, using PM tools
  • Manage project review, reporting, change management and risk mitigation
  • Set up and run a notional project model and simulation based on the Integrated Master Schedule selecting appropriate tools and techniques
  • Demonstrate project leadership through stakeholder engagement and job assignment for cross functional project team members
